# Launch. Trade. Manage.

Poncho is a Telegram bot. Paste a token address to trade it, or launch your own token in the same chat.

Poncho is open to everyone. Start the bot, create a wallet and send it ETH on Robinhood Chain.

## Launch on BSC. From Telegram.

Most launchpads stop at deploy. Poncho keeps going — the same bot that created your token is where you run it afterwards.

1. **Create** — Name, then ticker. Everything else already has an answer you can change on the Review screen. The image is pinned to IPFS.
2. **Set the split** — Your creator fee is fixed when the token is created — nobody can raise it on you later. The wallet it pays out to, you can change whenever you like.
3. **Deploy and buy** — Your first buy goes in the same transaction as the launch. Not a fast follow-up — the same transaction. The bot shows the full cost before it sends anything.
4. **Manage** — Creator fees, fee recipient, Buyback & Lock and Reinvest fees — in the same chat, for as long as the token exists.

## Trade from the chat.

Paste a token address. Poncho finds where it trades and shows you a confirm screen before you buy.

1. **Paste CA** — 0xa50b…d7fF
2. **Pool found** — ETH → USDG → PONCHO
3. **Checked** — ✓ Sell path clear ✓ No transfer tax
4. **Buy** — Before every buy, Poncho checks against the chain what you would get back if you sold straight away. Some markets cannot price a sale before you hold the token. Then the confirm screen says the round trip was not judged, and you decide.

## Launching is only the beginning.

The deploy is the easy part. These are the things a creator still needs on day thirty, and they live in the same chat.

- **Creator fees** — Your share of trading fees on tokens you launched. See what is owed and claim it, without leaving Telegram.
- **Fee recipient** — Point the payout at a different wallet, effective immediately. Fees already credited stay where they are.
- **Buyback & Lock** — A slice of your fee share buys the token back and locks it for about five years. Switch it off whenever — what already went in stays.
- **Reinvest fees** — Put collected fees back to work instead of claiming them.

The fee rate is fixed at launch — nobody can raise it on you. The payout wallet you can change whenever you like; claim what you are owed first. Burning is in the same panel.

## Everything you need. One Telegram bot.

Poncho is the Telegram bot for the whole life of a token on Robinhood Chain. Launch it, trade it, and keep the creator levers — in one chat.

- **The launch is two questions.** — Name, then ticker. Everything else already has an answer you change on the Review screen — and your first buy goes in the same transaction as the launch.
- **Every buy is checked against the chain.** — Poncho checks what selling straight back would return before it commits your money, and shows price, liquidity, route and the contract's own permissions — mint, pause, blacklist, proxy — read from the chain. [What the check does and does not catch](https://ponchobot.com/faq/#buy-check).
- **It doesn't stop at the deploy.** — Most launchpads hand you a contract and walk away. Creator fees, fee recipient, Buyback & Lock, Reinvest and burn stay in the same chat for as long as the token exists.
- **One fee, shown before you spend it.** — 1% on trades by default. 0.001 ETH to launch, and only if the launch succeeds. The bot shows the full total — BSC and gas included — before it sends anything. [Every figure, itemised](https://ponchobot.com/BSC/).

## Built. Next. Later.

Built means finished and in the bot. Below is the order we intend to build in — no dates, because a date here would be a promise.

### ✓ Built

- **Launch from Telegram** — Name, ticker, image. Through BSC v2 on Robinhood Chain.
- **Four creator levers** — Creator fees, fee recipient, Buyback & Lock, Reinvest fees — plus burn, on tokens launched through Poncho.
- **Buy and sell every major venue type** — Every buy checked against the chain first. Routes through USDG or another token in one transaction.
- **Trading fee** — The router is deployed and its source is published. The rate is on the [fees answer](https://ponchobot.com/faq/#fees).
- **Terms, risk and privacy** — Published before the bot opened. [Terms of Use](https://ponchobot.com/terms/), [what can go wrong](https://ponchobot.com/risk/) and [the privacy policy](https://ponchobot.com/privacy/).
- **Trader referrals** — Refer someone and you earn 15% of the trading fee they pay, for as long as they trade. It comes out of Poncho’s cut, not theirs — see [Questions](https://ponchobot.com/docs/#referrals).

- **The bot is open** — Open to everyone. Start it, create a wallet and send it ETH on Robinhood Chain.

### → Next, in this order

- **Standing orders** — Take-profit, stop-loss, trailing stops, limit buys, and orders that fire when a token migrates. The first thing we build now the bot is open.

### ○ Later

- **Copy trading** — Mirror a wallet’s buys and sells, with your own size.

### ○ Exploring

- **Launchpad aggregator** — Tokens from other launchpads in the same chat. Being looked at, not built.
- **Web app terminal** — The same account in a browser, for charts and bigger screens. Being looked at, not built.
- **Multichain** — The same bot on more than one chain. Being looked at, not built, and nothing is committed to.

## The PONCHO token

Every trade in the bot pays a 1% fee. Hold PONCHO in your wallet and a share of that fee comes back to you in ETH, every trade, every token, for as long as you hold.

Contract address, Robinhood Chain: 0xa50b7C41b74bF27B8b63e541D01501B767c0d7fF

This is the only PONCHO token. Check it against [Official channels](https://ponchobot.com/official/#poncho-token) before you buy. Any other token using the Poncho name or picture is not us.

| Hold at least, at the launch price | Cashback, as a share of the fee you pay |
| --- | --- |
| $100 worth | 5% |
| $250 worth | 10% |
| $500 worth | 15% |
| $750 worth | 20% |
| $1,000 worth | 25% |

A threshold is a fixed number of tokens; the amounts above are what they were worth at the launch price, and the exact figures are on the Rewards screen.

- **How your tier is set.** Your holding is checked several times a day, at random, and your tier is the lowest balance seen in the last 24 hours. A tier needs a full 24 hours of checks behind it; until then you are on Tier 0. Cashback counts the trades you make once you are on a tier, not earlier ones.
- **Claiming it.** Cashback builds up on the Rewards screen and is paid in ETH. Open it with /refer. You can claim from ten dollars, less the network fee, and one Claim button covers cashback and referral earnings together.
- **The creator fee on PONCHO is 3%.** PONCHO launched on BSC like any other token, with a creator fee set at launch. Every token on BSC sets its own, between 0% and 10%, and the rate is written into the contract: nobody can raise it afterwards, us included. It is separate from the 1% the bot charges on a trade, and separate from your cashback.
- **Where that fee goes.** Straight back into building Poncho: the people writing it, and the machines it runs on.
- **Holding a token is not an investment.** Cashback is not a yield. Tokens can lose all of their value, PONCHO included. Read [what can go wrong](https://ponchobot.com/risk/) before you trade.
